What is the appropriate age for the game?

Our escape games are designed for players over the age of 14. Participants under 14-year-old must be accompanied by an adult. Free admission for players under 6-year-old.

What if I need to add players after I made a reservation?

There is no need to contact OMESCAPE if you do not exceed the maximum for the room. Just bring the additional players and pay for them when you arrive. If you exceed the maximum please contact us to see if it is possible, normally we do not recommend exceeding the maximum.

What if I do not have the minimum number of players can I still play?

The minimum requirements for each room are dependent on the difficulty and the types of puzzles. Because of this we cannot accommodate smaller groups than the established minimums.

What if I want to join someone else’s group?

Due to the design of the rooms and the puzzles we feel that they are best experienced by a single group. We feel that this gives the players the best experience and therefore do not mix different groups together.

Anything special for a birthday party / proposal / wedding / school-visit / team-building event?

Of course! You ask and we will try our best to deliver. OMESCAPE has conducted over 600 personal / commercial sessions over the last 5 years. Contact us for more info.

I changed my mind and I don’t want to come to the cool, awesome, amazing experience at OMESCAPE. Can I cancel?

We have a strict NO CANCELLATION / NO REFUND policy. All sales are final and nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, you MUST contact us AT LEAST 24 hours before your reservation. If you contact us after this period, or if your booking was created within this period, we WILL NOT be able to reschedule your booking.

Can I send game tickets as gifts to my friends/families/colleague?

Yes! We sell gift certificate. Simply go to Book Your Escape, select Gift Vouchers. Normally you can purchase gift vouchers and we will send an email with the gift code to your friends/family. If you prefer something with a more personal touch, we have a Gift Voucher Template (Under Download tab) that you can fill out and print to give to the gift recipient.

FAQ for virtual game (Pursuit of the Assassin Artist)

Can more than one person play from the same device?

Reservations are made per game rather than per participant. A single device can have numerous players; however, take in mind that having several participants on one device can greatly impact the playability for everyone on that device.

Can you host multiple virtual games at the same time?

Unfortunately, due to the game’s use of an actual room that was built from the ground up, we can only host one virtual event at a time.

If you are planning a corporate team building activity, you may book back-to-back games on our website or contact us about your event.

Can I play the game on my mobile device?

Although you can play our virtual room on your phone, the game is best experienced on a laptop. This virtual game requires the use of two tabs, one for the Zoom link and another for the Telescape inventory system. Playing the game without the inventory system will hinder players, making it difficult to experience the full game.
